3. Student passes the English and Mathematics Placement Test
4. Student’s Original Birth Certificate.
5. 6 recent passport-size photographs of the student.
6. Photocopies of Parent/Guardian and student’s passport or ID
Card (Please bring the originals for verification purposes).
7. Original School Transcript stamped by the School.
8. For Transfer Students, a Transfer Letter from previous school,
signed and stamped by the school and the Education District.
9. Payment of Admission Fee.
