KG Scholastic year will start from the end of September till the twenties of May. A KG school day will start as follows:
Lines will be started at 8:15 am. 1st lesson will at 8:20 there fore no children are allowed to come school late than 8:30 or during the day under any circumstances without the advisor permission. Bus Riders will be collected at 1:15 P.M (if the round is far from school). And 1:25 P.M if the round is close to school. The gate will be opened at 1:40 p.m. The waiting will be till 2:40 p.m.
Bus Rules
please help us to make your child safety conscious
Children must sit in their seats and put their bags on the floor. It is dangerous to stand up or move around. Children should not shout or speak to the driver; it distracts him and might cause an accident. For your child's safety and security, Children cannot change buses. Every child goes home from school on his/her assigned bus. If parents are planning to leave the country for a period of time and their child will be staying with a relative or friend, the Head of KG and Head of the Transportation Department (buses) must be informed, in writing, before the parents leave.
School uniform:
Children should come to school wearing the full uniform (with blace shoes and short white socks) the uniform must clean and ironed daily. Girls should tie their hair with white ribbon if needed. If your child wets his/her under-wear clothes during the school day, the school will there fore supply a clean change of clothes. Parents are kindly requested to return the under-wear and uniform, ashed and ironed the next day. It's forbidden for your child to come to school out of uniform except if we ask them to do in color days for example.
Parents Meetings
The KG "Open House" is held monthly all parents are encouraged to attend so as to familiarize themselves with their child's curriculum, classroom, teachers and daily routine and activities.
If the parent has any request or complain on any other day, please contact the administration.
Parents wishing to make appointments to see their child's teachers at other times should do so through the Head of KG.
Safety
jewellery and toys should not be brought to school, as there is danger that they may be lost or damaged. The school does not accept responsibility for any jewellery, toys, or other items brought to school. Children should not bring large sums of money or valuable items to school nor toys & games its forbidden to bring any glass items. Parents are encouraged to send "healthy food" to school with their children in their lunch-boxes. If child has to change his/her clothes, parents are asked to return the spare clothes to the school the following day. Please label your entire child's belongings in clear handwriting to avoid loss of any item especially the winter jacket. If your child is under any kind of medication or suffers from any illness that we should know, please notify the kindergarten Advisor & the kindergarten doctor. No medication can be given in school without a written parental consent please handle directly to the administration and don't send it with your child. Please be sure that the bus card and the ID card is daily attached to your child. Parents collecting their children must show their child's card.
If their children ride with a taxi driver or walk home with another parent, please notify the KG administration. The case of loss of cards please informs the advisor to issue a substitute. No verbal massage are accepted especially through bus matron or driver children too. However in case you have any, please send it written & signed or call the advisor. Don't send any absence that is more than 5 consecutive days or at the most one week please send a medical certificate or written excuse to the advisor to clarify this absence.
Absences
If a child is to be absent for any reason, a written explanation must be sent to the Head of KG.
in the case of absence due to illness the letter should accompany the child when he/she returns to school. Permission for all other absences must be requested in writing in advance.
Children suffering from infectiouse diseases should not be sent to school. If a child is taken ill during the course of the day parents will be contacted and he/she will be sent home.
