 Activities 
Extra Curricular Activities:
A great deal of importance is given to extra curricular activities.
Students are encouraged to develop talents, interests, hobbies skills and techniques through participation in physical, academic, scientific and artistic pursuits.
Extra- curricular activities round out students' education they also complement and facilitate students' academic studies.
 Field Trips |
Field trips are encouraged as enrichment to classroom activities. Parents will receive preps notification of eac h field trip.
Some of these trips are obligatory because they extend the students learning experiences.
We have two field trips each month: one is scientific and other is entertaining.
| Athletics |
Class and school tournaments in different games are held during the school year.
We have athletic activities including basketball, football and volleyball.
| Projects |
Each student will be expected to submit one project. All students should be able to undertake independent research.
| Seminars |
Seminars conducted by guest speakers are held twice a year.
| School Broadcast |
Reading is encouraged in our school because we believe that: If a student reads something useful and would like to share it with his/her class teacher to be read during the moving assemblies.
Students are encouraged to broadcast the news, recite poetry and sing songs etc…..during the morning assemblies.
| Contests |
Contests play a major role in our educational system. Various contests in general knowledge, drawing, free writing are held.
We also hold the top rankers' contests between classes as well as the most beautiful class contest which enables the students to improve their artistic sense.
| Annual party |
Fancy annual party takes place in a well equipped theatre. This years` annual party was held on the theatre of the British university in Cairo.
It is a great opportunity for talented and gifted students to present and develop their talents. EL Rowad won the first place in "the Talent show competition" held by the Ministry of education in March 2008.

| Students are given the UC math programme in order to improve their mathematical skills and their speed and creativity. |
| Weekly Quran |
Reciting gatherings take place every Thursday where students are taught the virtues of the Holly Quran and how to recite it accurately.
Quran memorizing contests are held every Ramadan.
The school encourages the students to pray on time.

The school has a musical band which plays on different musical instruments .
| Art and painting |
Artistic contests between the students according to their age.
| Calligraphy |
Teaching all kinds of calligraphy.
