All students are required to wear the school uniform, which is a part of the school code of conduct.
No jeans.
No caps.
No shirts with logos or any writings or drawings.
No make-up.
Nails should be cut and no nail polish is allowed.
No jewelry or any accessories.
Boy’s hair should be cut short and properly combed
Students are not allowed to attend classes without proper uniform.
Parents are responsible to retake their kids wearing out of the school uniform.
Kindly, veiled girls have to wear white or blue scarf only.
Tradiness Policy
- School start at 7.45 am ends at 12.40 pm for 3rd secondary
Gate will be closed at 8.am
Any student who comes late after assembly should report first to office his\her time of arrival will be noted by the administrative assistant.
On the tardiness the parents will be informed directly by a phone call.
After the 2nd tardiness the parents will be called for a meeting with the school administration at such a meeting further action will be discussed.
No excuse to leave during school day except in critical circumstances and after administration permission.
Classroom rules & Regulations
Enter classroom on time.
Do not leave classroom before the end of class. If it is necessary, request permission before leaving or entering in the middle of the class.
Sit properly in your seat in a healthy way. Do not raise feet towards others Do not bend back. Do not sleep!
Do not chew gum, eat or drink in class.
Do not talk to other students.
Raise your hand when you want to talk to teacher.
Classroom conduct and classroom participation are important component of your marks.
If you need to move within the class time you should request permission.
School policy regarding objects brought to the school
The students are not allowed to bring to the school ( toys, tapes, radios, jewelry, mobiles, etc) that aren't needed for his\her education at the school and that are not requested by a school staff. Mobiles are not allowed. If any such object is observed with the student the following rules apply:
The school administration shall take the object and keep it in the school office.
At discretion of the staff, the object may be returned to the student at the end of the school day according to a written contract with the student.
The school staff may decide to keep the object and delivers it to the parents in conference meeting.
General rules & regulations
Be punctual and regular.
Bring all necessary materials to school and class.
Observe the rules and regulation while entering and leaving the school.
Respect others with kindness, courtesy and respect.
Respect the authority of the school.
Be attentive at all times.
Use proper language and good manners.
Stay away from the desks of other students and respect each other's private space.
Complete homework assignment neatly and return them on due dates.
Behave appropriately in the bathroom.
Do not enter the office without permission. Do not take, move or remove files, books or any other materials from the office without permission.
Take good care of the school properties (students will be responsible for any damage he\she caused). Do not mark, scratch, furniture.
Speak in appropriate voice according to the situation.
Consequences of breaking the rules
The following consequences may be used in sequence (one after one) or out of sequence depending on the level of violation:-
Verbal warning.
Writing warning.
Decreasing the mark for conduct and school \ classroom participation.
Send written note home.
Contact the parent by telephone.
A written incident report in the student record.
Suspension: three suspensions are reported to the school board, the student may be expelled.
Expulsion: the student may be expelled after 3 suspensions.
